Scott has over 30 years of experience including 23 years with Falconbridge Limited in exploration and management resulting in the discovery of various mineral deposits including the 17 million tonne Nickel Rim South deposit in Sudbury, Ontario.

Valerie Pascale has been working in Corporate Social Responsibility, Community Engagement, and Diversity and Inclusion in the Exploration, Mining and Mineral Development sectors for over 12 years. Valerie was the Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Goldcorp (now Newmont) for over 10 years. She has also worked closely with the PDAC, both on the CSR Committee and as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion working group.

Cyrus Driver is a chartered accountant and was founding partner in the firm of Driver Anderson since its inception in 1981. He is a retired partner in the firm of Davidson and Company LLP after merging with them in 2002.

Dr. Harwood is an economic geologist with 35 years of international exploration and mining experience and graduated with a B.Sc. (Honours) degree and Ph.D in Economic Geology.

Ms. Tamblyn is a Canadian-Peruvian professional with extensive experience in the socio-economic impacts of resource development projects, social assessments, stakeholder engagement, community economic development and international business development.

Patrick Elliott is an accomplished economic geologist with a BSc. in Geology from the University of Western Ontario, a MSc. in Mineral Economics and a MBA from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia.

Mr Moody is a Geologist with over 35 years of international experience. This includes 24 years with Rio Tinto with senior positions in exploration and business development. He was involved in several exploration discoveries, including the Mina Justa, La Granja, Constancia and Corani mineral deposits during his time as Exploration Manager in Peru.

Richard Osmond has almost 30 years of experience in the mining sector including INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine.
