We work through socio-economic development, community engagement, stakeholder mapping, research and analysis of social, economic, environmental and cultural impacts and corporate social responsibility. We develop the capacity of vulnerable populations through economic diversification, including the creation of community development programs and projects.

Ms. Tamblyn is a Canadian-Peruvian professional with extensive experience in the socio-economic impacts of resource development projects, social assessments, stakeholder engagement, community economic development and international business development.  Ms. Tamblyn has been working for the last ten years as an advisor to Canadian companies from different sectors interested or already investing in Peru.  Her work focusses on:

1. The socio-economic impacts of resource development projects on local communities
2. Community relations with indigenous and non-indigenous people in Peru, promoting a transparent and cooperative environment between communities and industries
3. Local community economic development based on sustainability and local capacities
4. Experience in strategic planning for Canadian companies entering or expanding in the South American market.
